I live in a nice little subdivision but it isn't my natural habitat. Our horses live with my parents because they have a field. My husband is Kindof A Big Deal Around Here. He's an award winning recording engineer, which really is as much fun as it sounds but don't pay as well as you might think! We have to live close to the city because that's where the recording studio is. We want to build a recording studio in a barn. We'll get a farm, he'll hunker down in the studio and I'll teach western riding lessons when I'm not writing books or surveying the wondrous works. I love my rural roots. I'm Mennonite. Me and Jesus are likethis. Sometimes I dye my hair pink. I'm crazy about my husband and kids. I'm just slightly crazy. I don't think that's a bad thing. I'm looking for a brave and intelligent agent to represent my novel. All I ever wanted to do was ride my ponies and write my stories. So...that's what I'm doing. I ride, I read, I write.
