OUR MARITAL HEALTH/SEX AND PROBLEMS OF DAILY LIVING: TEN CS OF WORKING AND STILL BEING SEXUAL

Dr. Susann Kobasa researched what she calls psychological hardiness. She found that men and women who showed commitment to their own development, felt control over their life, and continued to be challenged by changes in their day-to-day life enjoyed a degree of psychological, even physical, immunity to stress. My interviews supported this, and I extended her three C to Ten Cs of Working and Still Being Sexual. Here is the list as it evolved from the couples interviews. You might want to score yourself on a 0-10 points system for each item, with 10 indicating that you are near perfect on a given item and 0 meaning you dont enjoy or manage that aspect of working at all.

1 Are you challenged by your work? When problems occur at work, do you feel excited and activated rather than overwhelmed and helpless?

2. Have you maintained a balance between commitment to work and commitment to self, including family, life, loving, and sexuality?

3. Do you have a sense of control over your work and family life? Does that sense of control allow you to feel that you are running you instead of being run by things and events?

4. Do you feel competent at work and still maintain a feeling of competency at home? There was a direct correlation between feelings of competence in bed and at the desk or counter at work

5. Have you maintained a sense of concern for your job and those persons you service? Are you still concerned for the job you do? Some people deal with work stress by adopting an I could care less, I put in my time approach that only worsens their stress and may affect their sexual life as well

6. Have you maintained your ability to communicate at work and home both professionally and intimately? Some people spend all their communication energy at work, leaving little for intimate exchange with the spouse.

7. Do you feel a sense of connection between work and home? To be healthy, life must be an intergrated system. Are you able to integrate working and loving, sharing feelings about both in both places? Being a completely different person at work than at home is one clear symptom of increasing stress and an ineffective strategy of adjustment to one place or another.

8. Are you careful both at home and at work? If you find that you are having several little accidents, forgetting your turn-off on the expressway after driving the same way for years or slamming your finger in the same kitchen drawer, you are showing signs of poor balance between work and loving. Are you aware of being careful?

9. Do you have a feeling of being complete at the end of the day? Things are never done, but you should have a feeling of closure when the day ends instead of thinking about tasks left undone or new tasks coming up.

10. Would your colleagues and your family, particularly your spouse, describe

you as cheerful? Is your report of Good Morning! when starting the

day at work or home a greeting or a ritual? When I walked into work,

reported one of the wives, Sam came up and said, Hey, a smile is the

one curve that straightens everything out. Hes lucky I didnt straighten

his mouth out with a punch. Are you more cheerful than this wife?

Happiness and the desire to be intimate are interconnected.

Any less than 80 total points, and work or career is probably getting in the way of a super marital sexual relationship.

All ten Cs are needed for super marital sex, so practicing them at work and in daily living is necessary if they are going to be present in marital intimacy. Here is the same list presented as the Cs apply to super marital sex. Use the same 0-to-10-point scale and see how your scores compare.

Jamie Page is a 19 year old TS sensation, here by member demand. People who are new to the TS scene might assume that male to female TSs might have a hard time getting a date, but they couldnt be more wrong.
Dressed up in an outfit that is absolutely dripping sex, Jamie easily picks up Chad Rock in a bar and takes him home. Once there, she rams her cock into Chads mouth and makes him perform the fiercest deep throat cock sucking he has ever done, before she flips him around and fucks him in the ass like the little TS craving cock whore he is.

Epistemology has been a scourge, even a holocaust, for philosophy in the last three hundred years. In the last one hundred years it has contaminated every orientation of philosophical thought, rendering us all but blind to the world. When you read Plato, Aristotle, Lucretius, Spinoza, and Leibniz, you get the sense that epistemology is a side-question, a sort of clean up work, that you do after your speculation. Yet now questions of epistemology saturate everything. On the one hand, epistemology represents the will to power, the desire to know before we know. If we can engage in a transcendental analysis, if we can engage in a phenomenological investigation, then we need not engage in the difficult work of reading articles or investigating the world because we already know the basic structure of truth (which is inherently without surprise and coherentist). The transcendental philosopher tells us that of course he isnt opposed to science, but is merely grounding science. Yet this alone is sufficient, in his secret thoughts, to absolve him of any obligation to know what science or mathematics is actually doing. Why? Because he already knows. He knows before he knows, and therefore need not acquaint himself with anything. Since he has already created the police state of what can and cannot be known, and since that police state, like the mental ward that gives a lobotomy in the name of the patient, is done for the sake of grounding the science and grounding its certitude (as if the scientist has asked for certitude), he can rest content in the belief that theres no possible contradiction between what he is claiming and what we are discovering. Indeed, he will point out that after all, the transcendental subject does not , but is merely a for the subject of science. And so it goes, Zeus is the origin of lightning.
Of course, this desire to know before we know is premised on narcissism or to be above the fray as the desire for certainty always is. Philosophy suffered a major blow towards the end of the 19th century when natural philosophy became natural science (in Greek, of course, science is one of the words for knowledge), effectively detaching itself from the philosophers, asserting its autonomy, and succeeding remarkably. Philosophers, no doubt, were miffed that this new breed of beasts, the natural scientists, did not seem to place much stock in their questions or epistemological conditions, but had their own epistemology and rough and ready methodology. From there legions of students that were spawned, birthed on the halycion memory of the golden age where they were , and have been bitter ever since. The phenomenologists, for example, came to code the term as synonymous with , and consoled themselves in the belief that they knew the truth behind truth or the ultimate grounds in consciousness or the transcendental subject and intentional lived experience prior to any empirical investigation. This would lead Husserl to claim that the natural world cannot be a condition for consciousness as consciousness is a condition for nature, thereby revealing his dualistic and idealistic superstitions or his crypto-theology. In the meantime, those descended from Kant, the so-called Critical Theorists (who were anything but critical but who were certainly reactionary) would talk endlessly about how concepts precede any investigation of the world, while the rest of us, having learned our lessons well from Husserl who was right about some things, would scratch our heads wondering just what the hell a concept is and how one could possibly arrive at the idea that we think conceptually. In the meantime, being too polite to be argumentative, we would conclude that all this talk of concepts and whatnot was like trying to do neurosurgery with a butter knife, giving us a folk-psychology about as accurate as explaining a tsunami by reference to Poseidon. In other words, , , the , had become the new Zeus and Dionysius, explaining respectively lightning and the harvest. But it certainly sounded impressive!

In addition to the parade of philosophies that populate the history of philosophy, it could perhaps be said that the history of Western philosophy, since its inception, is populated by a series of transformative arguments that impact all that follows. It is, of course, true that every philosopher more or less makes arguments for his or her claims. However, it is not these sorts of run of the mill arguments that I have in mind. Rather, what I have in mind are a literal handful of argument, no doubt collectable between the covers of a slender volume, that seem to reverberate throughout the entire history of philosophy. These sorts of arguments are like remarkable points or singularities on a mathematical curve, functioning like points of density that subsequent thought must respond to. Examples of these types of arguments and I have no intention of being exhaustive here might be Platos argument for the existence of the forms in the Phaedo or his account of learning as recollection in the Meno, Parmenides arguments surrounding the being of being, Descartes argument for the certainty of the cogito, Kants transcendental argument, and so on. The point is not that all subsequent philosophers agree with these arguments, but rather that these arguments function like force fields akin to the bending of time and space by massive objects, calling for responses, pro or con, by subsequent philosophy. These arguments either get repeated with infinite variations, or they become sites of contest. Thus, for example, Heidegger repeats a version of Kants transcendental argument in Being and Time, while Husserl repeats a variation of Descartes argument in the founding of his phenomenology. Aristotle, in turn, is compelled to respond to Platos theory of learning in the Nichomachean Ethics and to overturn his argument for the forms throughout his work. In short, these singular arguments function as profound generative mechanisms. Deleuze declared that the philosopher is an inventor, a constructor, of concepts. However, perhaps the highest athleticism of philosophy is not to be found in the invention of concepts so much as in the invention of entirely new styles of argument.
Although it is still early to tell, Meillassouxs argument against correlationism in After Finitude has the flavor of such an argument. The first thing one notes upon opening the pages of After Finitude is the clarity and preciseness of his exposition, so unusual for a Continental philosopher, and the manner in which he crafts his arguments like a jeweler carving a fine gem. Regardless of whether or not Meillassouxs arguments ultimately attain the status of singular arguments in the history of philosophy, it is difficult not to delight in the ingeniousness of his arguments, their athleticism, their vigor, even if one does not ultimately agree or know where these arguments will lead. Over the next few posts I would like to outline Meillassouxs critique of correlationism as it is, for me, the most convincing critique Ive yet encountered. Given that there has been so much debate surrounding correlationism here and on other blogs, it would be valuable to have a more precise and readily available framework for these discussions. This first post will relate Meillassouxs call to renew the distinction between primary and secondary qualities and outline what he means by correlationism. Following this post, I will write a subsequent post on Meillassouxs argument from ancestrality or the against correlationism. Finally, the third post will discuss his rejoinder to counter-arguments against the argument from ancestrality. My intention here isnt to take up a position with respect to Meillassouxs analysis but to simply relate the framework of his argument in the clearest terms of which Im capable.
Meillassoux opens the first chapter of After Finitude with an astonishing call to retrieve the distinction between primary and secondary qualities. I confess that when I first read Meillassouxs remarkable little book it almost fell from my hands upon reading this first paragraph. What could be more retrograde, I wondered, than the retrieval of the distinction between primary and secondary qualities? With this first paragraph I felt as if I was being transported back into my Introduction to Philosophy course, entertaining the epistemologies of Descartes, Locke, and Hume, all of whom struck me as irretrievably banished following Kants Copernican revolution. The distinction between primary and secondary qualities can roughly be characterized as the distinction between relational properties and non-relational properties. As Meillassoux remarks, [w]hen I burn myself on a candle, I spontaneously take the sensation of burning to be in my finger, not in the candle (1). The sensation of being burnt is thus a secondary quality insofar as it only emerges in the relation between my finger and the candle and does not reside in the candle itself. All of those qualities that pertain to the sensible and, by extension, to secondary qualities are thus relational in nature. They are for-us, not in-themselves.

You feel yourself getting sleepy. Your body is exhausted. Its time to lay down, close your eyes and dream. It feels like your head has only been on the pillow for a few moments when you are roused from your slumber by the sensation of a huge cock sliding down your throat. Your eyes glance around wildly and finally see that the owner of the cock is a beautiful TS standing over you. Your first reaction is to jerk away, but its almost instantly replaced by a different feelinga feeling of arousal and desire. You realize that you like it no, LOVE it! You cant get enough with just her cock in your mouth so you bend over and beg for it in your tight little virgin anal pucker. The sensation of her fucking you in the ass is so overwhelmingly good you can feel the pleasure in ever fiber of your being. Nothing has ever been better than being a TSs anal slut. She continues to screw you into oblivion. You wake up later on to the count of threefor some reason you feel really good, better than you ever havebut you cant quite pinpoint the reason why.

LONDON - Madonna and Guy Ritchie have confirmed that they will get divorced.

The singers spokeswoman Liz Rosenberg said the couple had agreed to separate and in a short statement, which was co-signed by Guys representative, Rosenberg added that the couple had not yet agreed a settlement.

The statement read, Madonna and Guy Ritchie have agreed to divorce after seven-and-a-half years of marriage, their representatives confirmed today. They have both requested that the media maintain respect for their family at this difficult time.

The couple have apparently endured a string of serious arguments about the amount of time that they both devote to their careers and about Madonnas desire to adopt another child.
